Juanitas Hair Salon Alpharetta

They open at 9. Their sign says open, yet there is no one to be found. Several clients were waiting in their car outside. It is incredibly unprofessional for it to be 10am and still no one is there. Because they only accept walk-ins, I couldn't book an appointment ahead of time, so I wanted to show up early so my daughter could get in and get out. I had to call the other location in Norcross to inquire about when the Alpharetta location would open. The woman who I spoke to was very pleasant and she apologized on behalf of her late colleague(s), stating that they should arrive in 20 minutes. Its very sad that I had to fish around for answers to find out what was going on. Anyway, I didn't wait. Literally 5 min from Juanita's is Ileana's hair salon. I googled it and went straight there. They typically don't accept walk-ins, but they took my daughter in right away as a convenience to me. I'm glad I made the decision to take my business elsewhere.

I have been taking my daughters there for years. The team there is always great!

Alexandra did my hair and she was truly amazing, she made sure I was comfortable the whole time, offered food and did exactly what I ask. The salon is clean and the rest of the staff is very attentive and welcoming. 5 ⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️ Service: Hairstyling
