Hello Sugar | Woodstock - Brazilian Wax & Sugar Salon

I had a 1145 appointment today and even arrived 10 minutes early. I checked in and waited and waited. I contacted customer service because my time is valuable. She finally stepped out the room without giving me eye contact or acknowledging her lateness. She did however have a whole conversation with her existing client like I was not present. I made another appointment for more professional service down the street. I wish I could leave 0 stars. Update: The owner Austin personally reached out to rectify the issue. I was impressed by his sense of urgency and accountability. Kudos to him for being a great business owner. I will change my rating to reflect his professionalism and sincerity. I will try to give this business a second chance. Thank you.

It was a great experience! My aesthetician Mishia took extra care to make sure I looked great and all my questions were answered. Sugaring was a little bit more pain than I thought but it was just at first and it was definitely worth it, would go again! Service: Bikini waxing

The place was very cute and clean and I came in because of the great reviews I saw online. I also wanted to try sugaring for the first time and was intrigued since it’s very close to where I live. However, I wasn’t initially greeted, it took some time for Quita to open up and be welcoming. Even though I find sugaring might be a great option for other parts of the body, I don’t find that it was good for facial hair removal as it was too harsh and painful when the process should’ve felt more soothing. I also broke out pretty badly afterwards. I was a little pressured to sign up for the membership which I did do but I don’t think I’ll be returning. Services: Facial hair removal, Sugaring
