I have been a costumer for over 15 years. Came with a bad hair cut. Was so lucky to meet an excellent master, real artist, now also a dear friend Valentina Piletsky. It took her a few months to get my hair healthy and long enough for a decent haircut that actually made me look better. Valentina has an eye for understanding how haircut can emphasize someone ‘s best futures, how color works with skin tone and eyes. Her skills are outstanding. If you are not getting tons of compliments after visiting your hair salon, go to Salon D’Allure, and specifically ask for Valentina. You will be amazed! And everyone there is friendly, welcoming, helpful.

Update to my previous 1-star review. Several months ago I had a less than positive experience after enjoying 4 months of 5-star service with Valentina. When rinsing my color out and shampooing my hair, she completely soaked my entire back and clothing including dress, underwear, pants. She was "so sorry" and offered to dry my back with the blow dryer, but my clothing was so saturated that there was no way it would dry. I left with my hair wet so that I could get home to change. The service was extremely rushed. She had another client come in after I had been there an hour, and I could tell after that that she was hurrying my service to get to the other client. I was extremely disappointed. I was offered 10% off the product I was purchasing, which seemed less than adequate to me; however, I appreciated the gesture. Instead of finding a new salon, I decided to ask if I could change to another stylist. The salon owner and manager were more than gracious and told me of course. I switched t
