As usual great service, great haircut and a very friendly hairdresser. Keep up the great work Chris.
I went in for highlights. Chris asked what I wanted. I said blonde highlights in the front and sides. I showed him. He was very agitated and started to show me pictures of hair that was highlighted but not actual blonde highlights but reddish/blonde in the front only and at first on longer hair than I have and then on a little shorter and he accused me of being agitated and shouting. I was neither just frustrated. He is supposed to be the professional and I am assuming he has done highlights before. It is not rocket science. He then asked me to leave! He is very unprofessional, nasty, and I will shout it from the rooftops NOT to go the this jerk!!!!
Great people, consistent customer service! Love my color & highlights. Andrea is the best - always on her game. She keeps me looking good!
