Just left the salon, it was my first time going there. Amanda is great! She did an amazing job on my hair, I AM SO HAPPY! Her customer service is above and beyond she will always make sure you’re comfortable or ask if you need anything! Overall, very impressed and already booked my next appointment with her! :)

The place was nice and clean and welcoming. Unfortunately, the stylist Amanda had a lot going on in her personal life and I think it distracted her from what I wanted and working with me to get there. I brought in pictures for color reference and said I wanted to keep the length as much as possible and keep the layers as long as possible. She kept the length but the layers are super short. A friend told me what I should have got was a balayage but I got a partial highlight which wasn’t even the same color as what I showed her. Overall, it felt rushed and my hair is nothing like the pictures I brought in. Edit: someone mentioned my history of reviews saying something about me? I haven’t lied about any place I’ve gone to. Amanda was very nice and I don’t mean to make her feel bad. It looks like she has quite a few loyal customers and that’s great. Unfortunately, it doesn’t change my experience. I brought in pictures and didn’t get what I asked for. This happens sometimes, no big deal. Ma
