Nails & Hair AH

I was sitting getting my nails done and minding my own business. A man I didn’t know came in and sat next to me and kept harassing me. The owner and nail tech did absolutely nothing until he left on his own. When my grandmother said something to the owner she said well she was scared too. Really? He was harassing ME and it’s your business. The nail tech Farrah also said and did nothing and was like “it’s not my shop.” She also doesn’t look at or speak to you at all while doing nails. No one has even apologized once.

I called on a Thursday evening to see if there was an opening for a mani pedi and she said come on over. Yay! A young man took care of me and did an amazing job on my nails. I was super happy as I paid a fraction of what the other nearby salons were charging and got in right away! Thank you. Services: Foot massages, Pedicure, Manicure, Nail cut & filing

The service is so poor it’s almost funny. The “technician” asks you what you want and if you say “acrylic” she uses dip powder with no explanation whatsoever. I don’t know who she is racing because there was no one except us but she rushed everything, applying polish as if someone’s chasing her. Making me bleed multiple times, using equipment that didn’t even look sanitary. Her table was a mess, I felt like I interrupted something by “paying” them to get my nails done. I told her i want oval shape, she filed some nails oval, some square-oval, some square, gel not applied evenly, cuticles remain intact, two bleeding marks. The final look was 3/10 very poor craftsmanship for $45. Will never be back and do not recommend, they need much better skilled technicians and some sense of customer satisfaction
