I had a recent experience at Harper’s Edge Hair Salon that left me quite disappointed. Despite leaving several messages requesting a consultation appointment to remove and replace my extensions, I didn't receive any callbacks. Frustrated, I decided to take time off from my busy schedule and visit the salon in person. I had a brief meeting with Crystal, the owner, and we scheduled an appointment for 9am on a Friday. As a working mom, my time is precious, so I took the entire day off, unsure of how long the process would take. During our meeting, Crystal mentioned the cost and informed me that she would send me her Zelle information two days prior to the appointment, so I could send a deposit. Unfortunately, the message never arrived, despite my repeated attempts to reach out. Nonetheless, I decided to go ahead with the scheduled appointment, assuming Crystal was simply busy. I have been going to Keagan Tanner for the last year now and every single time I leave the salon I look and feel amazing! Kaegan cut my hair and he was amazing. Identical to the hair cut I get in NY which is where I am from. It’s hard to find a good person to simply cut ur hair- He did exactly what I asked for and was very knowledgeable on knew techniques that hair stylists use now a days.
