I decided to give this salon a try. Claudia was very kind and pleasant during my appointment. While in her chair we discussed I wanted a haircut due to my hair falling. She shared she needed to cut quite a lot and I asked her to show me what length I would end up with. She showed me the length would end right below the shoulder to which I agreed. She went ahead to cut the hair and it ended up being way too short. I told her that when she showed me the back and her answer was “but it looks healthy, it will brown back”. Totally dismissing my comment. I decided to pay and just allow a few days to see how I felt with the cut. After 2 days I messaged her to let her know she cut it too short, not the length we discussed and that I was not pleased. I never got a response, no apology or at the very least an offer to Refund at least part of what I paid. For $80 I could have gone to Palm Beach island and get a top stylist that actually listens to the client and at the very least would try to fix

One of the best places I’ve been too hands down. I was greeted by one of the owners, Claudia when I came in and was offered a beverage a delicious bites while I waited. It’s clean and classy and staff of family oriented and friendly. They have this beautiful hand painted mural in the back that I absolutelyyy loved. I was seated by Claudia’s daughter that goes by “Chiki”. She made me feel right at home and carried the best conversation. In the end she did highlights and tone and a cut with a treatment that left my hair silky soft. I’ve never had service as good as this and I would recommend everyone to come and get their hair done here!. They are amazing and do a great job. I loved the outcome! And going to a new place can be scary! But hey they did notttt disappoint!!
