I found Raquel on a random google search and am soooo thankful that I did. What a gem West Palm has in her! Raquel is a master at her craft. She keeps herself educated on the latest trends and techniques and her work is never less than excellent. She is meticulous in the way a true artist is which is exactly what you want from your stylist. I always feel that Raquel is as invested as tI am in making sure my hair looks beautiful.
