ulta wesley chapel completely damaged my hair. firstly, i showed an inspo picture of what i was wanting and it turned out far from that. my hair was turned silver/elderly grey when the inspo picture shows golden blonde. i looked like i aged 50 years. i was going to be left like that if i didn’t politely speak up and ask the hairstylist to fix it. worst of all, i was upcharged for olaplex only for my curls to be broken off and completely damaged. i have bald spots now. i am traumatized. i was in november 19th and called this morning (november 20th) to try reaching out to the manager of the salon to find a common ground and have a refund without having to write a review, ect. and there was no help or sympathy. on top of this, i received a “curly haircut” that is completely uneven. i did tip the hairstylist for her time (in cash) but would like to be refunded for the service. they insisted i come back in and that is physically not possible as i am leaving out of state nor mentally as i am

The Holiday rush was on and busy as expected but the two associates worked together to ensure me and my daughter were serviced well to get our First Lady Holiday gift right. Great service Ulta Beauty, keep it up!

Nicole gave me an amazing blowout for my cousin's wedding. I have curly hair. It didn't frizz up when it sprinkled outside because of the products she used. Mia was extremely kind with helping me pick a foundation and moisturizing lip tint. I don't know anything about makeup. She gave me good tips and was very patient. She even applied the foundation and some eye shadow for me! I left ulta feeling awesome. Thanks ladies!
