So I read all the amazing reviews about this salon and decided to give it a go. I have bright blonde hair and needed someone experienced with that. I described what I needed over the phone, “hair has grown out a decent amount, I’m usually booked for a full highlight and toner”. When I came in, the poor stylist looked at me totally overwhelmed because they booked me incorrectly. This caused her to rush through my coloring. I had to come back for a correction, which over the phone I was explicitly told there will be no cost for. When I arrived, a fantastic stylist fixed my hair exactly how I wanted it. However… the person at the front desk yet again messed up. She tried to charge me for the correction, even after I said I’d like to speak with the owner. He came over and agreed there would be no charge. When he left, the front desk lady actually stated out loud to someone in training “make sure you put a comment in there saying she agrees to pay next time”, as if I am some kind of jackass

The best experience I’ve had at a hair salon in a long time. They got me in quick and gave me exactly what I wanted!! I left one happy girl. I will definitely be back
