Always a good experience. Iliana is great, she goes that extra step with styling & making sure it's perfect! They use many products too, which is nice to try.

Unfortunately have to write about my daughter’s terrible experience at the salon. You never want to receive a call from your 18 year old daughter crying telling me that she went to the HQ salon to get her hair with extensions WASHED, and they tangled it, damaged the extensions, tried to brush them out, couldn’t, were cutting tangles out, cut bunch of strings, her hair as well, pulled some of the extensions out to the point that she had to go and remove all her extensions that were left because they were damaged. I can’t even imagine having experience like this at one of the @Aveda salons. While she was there, I asked to talk to the manager about this situation and their solution, they said the manager was not there, took my name and number and promised they will be calling back “tomorrow”, almost a week later, I am still waiting to hear from the manager to see how in the world is it acceptable to come to a salon to wash your hair and end up without the hair.
