I don’t enjoy posting not so good reviews esp to what seems like a family business, but I gotta say my expectations way higher. + place looked nice, clean, comfortable, per pictures + booking over the phone same day was fairly easy (young gal) - timing and results were bad: - I called 2 times in advance to confirm it would truly only take 1 hour to curl and style my waist-long hair and if it would help for me to wash my hair at home to save time and to help curls stay longer. I was told it doesn’t matter but of course it did in the end, all curls fell completely within 2 hours before I got to my photo shoot so the only thing that stayed are clumps of brushed up “volume” at the top. - most stressful part was the waiting of over 30-40 minutes to start, each time I was told 5 more minutes, all because the client in front of me asked for an unplanned blow out after a wet hair cut which would clearly take longer. Anna was absolutely amazing! She fit me in as a walk-in for blonde highlights and put in so much time and effort. This is the best my hair has ever looked! I have very long, fine hair so that is not an easy accomplishment. I would recommend Anna to anyone looking for a high-quality stylist with great attention to detail. I’ll definitely be going back.
