The Minimalist Salon

The BEST manicure I've ever had. I'm visiting from Australia and we do not have this level of service. As a person who only likes acrylic nails, I love my natural nails for the first time!

I am in disbelief… I had an appointment a week ago and initially was turned off by the subpar customer service. However, I understand everyone isn’t super bubbly. My nail tech was nice, funny and professional and did a great job. However only 6 days later a nail literally came off (gel-x), I immediately called and made a nail repair appointment. The next day I drove ONE HOUR (I don’t live in Tampa) to my appointment just to be told my nail tech was out sick and no one could do gel x. I expressed frustration as to why no one informed me before I drove so far only for the girl to shrug her shoulders and say sorry and go back to doing her clients nails. They didn’t even greet me when I walked in it wasn’t until another lady came in she said “oh are you here for an appointment”. I mean this is the WORST customer service I have received I drove so far a week ago spent almost $200 just to be treated awful and my nail to break. I thought I found my new salon I was wrong I’ll NEVER go back h

I love this place! I have had several gel pedicures here and it has always been a great experience. Super clean, friendly staff, and the owner was there to greet me and was super nice. Definitely will continue to treat myself at this bougie salon in the future! Services: Pedicure, Callus removal
