The Grand Beauty Spa

So very relieved and happy to find The Grand Beauty Spa. I’ve been searching for a year since I moved from CT for someone who can do beautiful blonde hair with definition and not overdo it. It’s a beautiful space with lovely people who are clearly highly skilled and work hard to provide excellence in all they do.This is not a high-drama spa, just a place where you are encouraged to relax in their calming environment. All products are high end. I would feel very comfortable going to any of the talented and sweet people providing services. I’ve found my place for blonde hair, and I’ll be trying other services as well. I’ve had a grand day!

I went in to get my deep blue peek a boos touched up. It was my first visit to this salon. I was told AFTER color had already been added to my hair that they didn't have the color I wanted so she put something close. I was not told this beforehand so I could decide if I even wanted this new color! Each strand of hair ended up 3 different colors: yellow, green and blue (see pic). Two months later I had to get it corrected at a different salon. The new colorist told me there was no consistency in how the peek a boos were added to my hair either. I hesitated writing this review because the lady was very nice, but ultimately I ended up spending more money to fix something that shouldn't have happened. The new salon I visited was The Edge Salon - Erica did a great job!

Just had a fabulous 55 minute deep tissue massage with Alida! She is great!
