My toe nails were cut TOO LOW! Sloppy gel painted job. Charged me 70$!!!! Do not go there. I was a loyal customer that tips good and I sat there from 9:30 am till 12pm to leave with my toes looking like this. UNACCEPTABLE & SLOPPY JOB! 2 Photos Service: Pedicure

Service: Gel Mani, basic pedi, upper lip wax Cost: $61 before tip Tech: Le Time: 2hrs Notes: Ugh. On the one hand, this is the first tech in a while that didn't make me bleed while doing my cuticles, but if I have to bleed to get good service then apparently that's how it's going down. Attached is a picture of what I wanted, a picture of what I got, and a pic of the pedi. I didn't appreciate paying what I did, and that there were blatant imperfections in my pedicure that she tried to say "looks good", and I had to have her correct them. In the end, I was so pressed for time I didn't have the patience to stay longer and have her fix anything else on the manicure, despite gel polish gobbed all over the sides of my nails! Did you know gel polish BURNS LIKE A MOFO when it's on your fingers under the light? **I DO, NOW** They even charged me an extra $5 for being extra, which I was happy to pay, but not pleased with the results...
