Extremely upset with the owner of this "business". The online website is down for bookings, so I was referred by my good friend to reach out to her via facebook. When i messaged her to book an appointment, i was referred to text a number the very next morning. When i texted the mobile number the next morning, i was provided with a price for facials 3 hours later. At that time, I requested a date for the next available weekend appointment. I never received a response that day. Going into day 3 of trying to get a hold of someone, I called the website number, hoping to get a hold of someone to easily book me. I get a geumpy man on the line, to tell me i have the wrong number. Well , that number is listed directly through google isn't it? My last attempt is to call the mobile number i have been texting for 3 days now. Come to find out, the mobile mailbox is full, not able to leave a message. Two minutes later, i finally get a response for an answer outside of my original request. How hard
