Rock Spa & Salon (in Seminole Hard Rock Tampa)

This spa es a hidden gem in Tampa, loved it. Went for my Fiancée birthday had a couple massage. If I would have known the spa was so much I would have been there earlier than we were for out appointment. There is in area for just girls o boys and a Unisex room which was where I met my fiancée. Lots of treats coffee, tea, snacks and water. Showers were clean and girls in there had everything you need even toothbrush you can definitely shower there and change and go out. We even had free champagne ???? for my fiancées birthday, let them you know if your celebrating something. The prices are ok to what it is, a fun relaxed day. Definitely something to try out if your in the area ❤️

Had a couples massage booked. My girlfriend was sick & vomiting the day of the appointment and physically could not make it. I called to reschedule and asked not to be charged due to her illness. Our appointment was rescheduled and I was never made aware of a move charge. At our next appointment, we showed up on time but got lost in the casino and ended up being 15 minutes late. We then wanted to re-schedule instead of paying the price of an hour massage and only receive a 30minute massage. We were completely fine with the re-booking fee but found out that we were being charged for both re-booking fees & then a fee per person. All in all we left having to pay $252 and did not receive a massage. I don’t understand why there isn’t a policy covering customers if they fall ill. After this experience and spending this much, we no longer feel comfortable giving the spa any more of our money by booking in the future. As a customer this was a really poor experience for me and we will not back

This place makes you realize what high expectations are all about! Everything in the Spa is perfectly thought out in every way for a top notch guest experience. The vibes, the multiple lounge areas, the heated chairs in the unisex area, plus all the small details & extra amenities provided… beyond worth it!
