It was the worst customer service. My stylist was horrible and literally said “I usually just Pull through the tangled hair really hard”. She was very very tough while shampooing and styling and was completely put out that I had tangles in my hair. Horrible disposition and complete lack of customer service from the entire staff. In fact they were talking about personal things while she was attending to my hair. No professional manners at all. It was a disgrace. Service: Hairstyling

I had the BEST experience here. My stylist Mel was very understanding of my needs. I have had very bad experiences with my hair so I’m a little hard to deal with while I’m in the chair. She explained everything she was doing step by step and never seemed annoyed or frustrated. My hair needed serious love and that’s what it got! She really cared and wanted to make me feel comfortable and at ease. I couldn’t be happier with the results I got!

Very impressed with the quality of service! Everyone wore masks for my entire visit, even staff who weren't specifically working with me, and my stylist was very attentive to my requests. I have long, wavy/curly hair, and I usually like my hair to be cut with a razor. Everyone says it makes it frizzy but for me it gives my curls the extra wildness I like. They have a stylist offering the razor cutting and one of their stylists has extra amazing, curly hair, so I felt confident they knew how to handle my finnicky curls. Love them!
