Worst customer service I have ever experienced. I walked in the salon to show them what I wanted and make an appointment, so I’ve been told to keep in mind that my service would take around 4 hours. At my arrival to the appointment they make me wait standing at the front desk for 10 minutes. My appointment was with Anna, who started to make a lot of excuses to not do my hair coloring. After talking to a lady who said being the manager, Anna finally comes to me after 45 minutes giving me a price for the service that was different from the price that I’ve been told when booking my appointment. Horrible energy and very unprofessional. I spend there like 1 hour and left with my hair untouched. Horrible people, avoid this salon, it’s waste of time. Service: Hair coloring

I've been coming to this salon for 10 years and every time I go I have a great experience no matter who I have gotten lucky enough to have from cut to balayage. I booked Heather earlier this month for my wedding and she did an amazing job on myself, my mom, my mother in law and the 2 flower girls I had even came to my hotel room. Couldn't have been happier with the service I got.
