When I say that my experience with Ariana here at this Salon was one of the most amazing experiences I have ever had when having my hair treated, cut, and styled. It was. She's professional, sweet, and so thoughtful. I usually have a tender scalp, not once did she make me wince after I made it known. She listened to my troubles with my hair and how I really would want it to look, and she found me solutions. Right there on the spot! I was so impressed. She is now officially my to-go girl. You should seriously take a stop by and ask for her You would never know that this Salon is there unfortunately, that needs to be fixed!! Because Ariana is a talented stylist that needs you! Go!! I walked out before even getting my hair done. The ladies I spoke to on the phone when I was making my appointment were super sweet, but that may be the only positive I have. The salon itself is super hard to find tucked in the back corner of Dillards. Which should've been the first red flag. It is also very old school looking. There was no receptionist. I arrived on time and I stood there for 10 min before anyone noticed me. One lady was cutting someone's hair and from afar I think she told me to go sit and wait (but I could barely understand her). I went and sat in a room for 20 min and no one came in to update me or check in and let me know how much longer it would be. After 30 minutes of sitting in that room and long past my appointment time, I walked out and told them to please cancel my appointment. Absolutely terrible customer service, so I probably saved myself from a bad haircut in the long run anyway.
