Spa 801

Misty J did a great job cutting my hair. I wasn’t sure what I wanted done and she worked her magic, better than I could have imagined. Spa is clean, comfortable and staff were very nice. Highly recommend

I have been going to Spa 801 for over a year now and always leave feeling like a new woman. It is apparent the owners put a great deal of thought and effort into the aesthetics and vibe of the business as you immediately feel relaxed as soon as you walk in the door. The Spa is beautifully decorated and immaculately clean, quiet music is playing, delicious scents are in the air, and Kristina and Diana at the front desk are welcoming and friendly and greet you with a smile. I have had my hair cut and colored with Joey K, who is fantastic and professional. I see Katie about once a month for waxing and always look forward to my visit with her. Not only is she excellent at what she does, she is extremely personable, professional and fun! I highly recommend Spa 801 and especially Katie to everyone.

I'm disappointed in my experience with Spa 801. To start I had an appointment on 6/14 with Joey for a balayage and a trim, I showed her a photo of what I was looking for, and told her id like my brown touched up as it began to fade. When I got home and had a chance to look at my hair I was so disappointed, my hair was very uneven and full of choppy layers. My hair was fried and didn't look remotely similar to the photo I provided. On top of that the “blonde” was incredibly brassy and my brain was now black. It looked like I had box dyed my own hair. I spoke with the owner the next day who asked me to come in so he could take a look at my hair, after speaking with her she was able to fix the haircut but we ultimately decided the only way to fix the “blonde” was to tone it brown, as my hair was now compromised at this point. I ended up coming back in on July 7th where we did the brown toner and another trim than was asked to come back in 3 weeks to reassess my hair which was today 7/28,
