Diana dan is amazing, she know what's she doing I had they worst quarantine hair you have ever seen. I almost shaved my head. But she saved my hair and I have never had the best color service ever.

I'm so glad I found TANIA at Salon Lofts. She has been doing my hair for a very long time. I get my roots touched up and the wonderful keratin treatments. She does such a great job on my hair I'm loyal for life!

I had a horrible experience with DIANA DAN. My appointment was scheduled for 2:15pm on the Saturday before the 4th of July. She texted me that she was running 20 mins late so I said, no problem, I would arrive at around 2:30pm. Then she texted me AGAIN to tell me that now she wouldn't be ready untill 3pm. Finally, when I arrived she STILL wasn't ready!!! When she was ready she couldn't grasp the very simple concept of how I wanted my hair cut even after I showed her a picture of what I wanted it to look like. The cherry on top of the cake was when she told me she wasn't comfortable cutting my hair and couldn't understand why I was upset!!! Meanwhile, this was my FIRST appointment - and she delayed it for 45 minutes with little notice (the day of), wouldn't cut my hair and then sent me a very unprofessional text message! I never write bad reviews but this was HORRIBLE, UNACCEPTABLE and UNPROFESSIONAL. If I can save one person from the aggravation I went through with DIANA DAN, this pos
