I got my hair done here for the first time with Maria and was extremely impressed with the cleanliness of the salon, the products they use, and how timely they were. Everyone was extremely nice and Maria did a FANTASTIC job with my color. My hair has honestly never been more soft and shiny! Will definitely be going back! I called to schedule an appt at the Tyrone location. I pushed the button for the Tyrone salon when asked what location. I left work, drove 30 minutes to get there only to be informed they scheduled me at the downtown location. She said I could either go downtown or come back tomorrow. BAD BUSINESS!!
