I recently got a cut and color from Monica at the downtown location. I've been getting some sort of highlights or balayage for over a decade, and I was looking for somewhere to call my new salon after moving here a little over a year ago. I absolutely loved the experience (great location, easy to book, clean & aesthetically pleasing salon, nice product selection from cool brands that you don't see everywhere - like Balmain), but most importantly - I think Monica gave me the best haircut I've ever gotten in my life. I don't even think I did a great job of describing what I wanted, but she pulled it off perfectly. Its been about 8 weeks since my appointment, and I'm still loving it. I will definitely be returning and do recommend. Service: Haircut
