Mibella Nail Lounge & Spa

I have been trying to be a regular customer of this salon since they opened. Unfortunately, the owner is a moody tyrant and the girls that work the front desk have zero compassion and no understanding of how customer service works. My card has been fraudulently charged multiple times for services I didn’t authorize. And even though I continue to support their business, the owner refuses to take responsibility when mistakes happen. The customer service here is the absolute worst. Mina and Pam are the best things about this nail salon. And my favorite nail tech recently left. So, I am not sad about the recent events… I had the flu and was unable to make a facial appointment but was told if I didn’t come in that would be “a mark” against me…so, I had to put everyone at risk for a facial. One of the nail technicians botched a gel manicure and they refused to fix it…or refund me…instead they told me I was not allowed to return to their salon because I had rescheduled 3 appointments. When I first moved to St. Peterburg I tried three of the "popular" and "established" salons in Downtown St. Pete. I was exceedingly disappointed with the cleanliness of the establishment, knowledge of the staff and the nail services overall. When Mibella opened, I gave them a chance too. This time it was different. I found myself coming back because I absolutely loved being there and my nails always looked FIRE! I have now been going to Mibella for about a year and have had the range of services from gel manicures, dip manicures, to my new obsessions hybrid manicures and Pearl Collagen Pedicures. Every experience left me excited for the next visit. I have had services with many of the technicians and each of them has been wonderful. When I walk in the door, I see Kelly, who is the absolute sweetest. Then I get the pleasure of seeing Mina, Isabella, Mai or Sierra. Mina is the best! I’ve been seeing her every few weeks for a hybrid fill and my nails have never looked better. She works fast but is so thorough yet gentle. I’ve never had anything done by the other technicians, but everyone is always pleasant and friendly. The salon itself is cute and clean, and the prices are reasonable. Highly recommend!
