Alpha & Omega Salon Spa

I am terrible at hair maintenance. It had been almost two years since I had my hair cut and professionally colored (I know .. the horror!) I probably would have let it go another six months, but I’m starting a new job so the hot mess look doesn’t fit the dress code ???? I went to Alpha & Omega on a recommendation. I booked my appointment online so I could easily find a day/time that fit my schedule (I LOVE this feature). They quickly responded to my appointment request and followed up with a text message when there was a question (a huge plus, I don’t have time to chat on the phone most days - a 2 second text is greatly appreciated). They have ample parking (huge bonus). I was greeted at the door by the new owner and I met Mary the stylist. The inside is tastefully decorated and clean. Nothing over the top like some salons (I personally don’t need all the “fluff” that some salons offer, I want to get in and get out with a quality cut/color). We all had a lovely conversation. Mary did an amazing job on my hair!!! I came in with very damaged hair. It was bleached, with dark roots and an orange/honey color between the roots and bleached hair. She was able to get my hair back to its original color with highlights. After she cut it, my hair looked healthy and natural. I just love it! I can't say enough good about Mary's skills. Try her and you will not be disappointed. The new owners have really freshened up the atmosphere with modern renovations. It’s always clean and everyone is very friendly. I really like the text/email reminders that are sent for my appointments, and I heard that we will soon be able to book our own appointments.
