Hair Cuttery

Completely ruined my hair! I left this salon crying because Emily had ruined my hair. I went in showed her a picture of what kind of style I wanted including the color, placement and asked for her to blend my roots. She did none of this. My roots are black and you can see an orange uneven line going all around my head because there was no blend and she did not tone correctly. I am going back to get it fixed thanks to the very amazing and kind manager but will never let Emily touch my hair again! She left the bleach too long and now my hair is not only frizzy, damaged and broken but it’s nowhere close to the color or style I wanted. One picture is what I showed the very inexperienced stylist Emily the other is how it came out. If you do choose to go to this salon ask for Trina or Orvil they do hair very very nice. Got my haircut today with Martha and what can I say other than what a fabulous experience!! Martha along with the rest of the employees were amazing so friendly and great at their jobs made my experience so easy and comfortable!! I don’t think 5 stars is enough and I will definitely be back!!
