I had a very pleasant experience with Lance today. The shop was immaculate and the hospitality(wine) was excellent. it gave me very down to earth vibes, and I loved it. I was about to give up on locking my hair again, but Lance, you truly save me …..thank you. and congratulations Dee on your shop. Again, it’s very nice. Service: Dreadlocks

Mr. Lance was an amazing loctition he was very friendly and made me feel at home. After 30 mins in the salon as a first time customer I felt like a regular. Very hospitable and welcoming. Also, my locs are the best they've ever looked. Will definitely be booking again Services: Shampoo & conditioning, Dreadlocks

DO NOT BOOK HERE. This shop is extremely unprofessional. I had an appointment booked for 06/30/2023 @9am after paying my booking fee only for them to take my money and cancel. When I showed up 9am the salon was closed I sat until 10:15am and still the doors was locked(online and phone states that the shop opens @9am????)when I finally got in contact with an employee i was told to come in later that day. I went back at 4:30pm(7 1/2 hrs after my original appointment) only to find the shop closed. My appointment was rescheduled without any communication. I was rescheduled by email on a day i had to work and had to take off work. When i did get my hair done i found out at payment that their prices online are incorrect and i was charged more then i was quoted on their website. I went from a total of $65 to $125. Ms. Alexis did amazing on my hair and i am thankful that she took me on after my original stylist cancelled, but i will not be telling anyone where i got my hair done or be going ba
