The hair stylists and service is great. Stephany is the best stylist if you want your curls to last. Would highly recommend this place.
Their washing process is good but the lady who helped me ripped my hair when detangling it for a roller set and burned half my hair because of too much heat. She also failed to use a heat protector before blow drying and straightening. I had to ask the other lady working in the shop that day to finish my hair because she seemed more aware. I'm in need of a serious haircut to get rid of my split ends. I DO NOT RECOMMEND THIS PLACE
