An amino acid was the treatment they did with the promise that my hair would be straight; no frizz and no curls. They claim this product to be free of harmful chemicals, yet my hair has been smelling horrible, even after many vigorous showers. It is false advertising and she should be thankful my mother doesn’t report her to the Department of Consumer Affairs ; especially since my mom contacted her first to let her know how the product did not work as intended. I can’t say good enough things about Vanessa and Erika’s work. I’ve been using their hairstyling services since 2016 and every time they have done a very professional job, plus they give me the most sincere opinions and recommendations without trying to sell me extra services or products. I feel I can trust their judgment. Especially now that -at 55 y/o- I’ve decided to transition my hair to its natural grays. Vanessa has been encouraging, and educates me in detail about my options and the cons/pros of the process. The prices are very reasonable, I actually think they are amount the most affordable professionals in St. Petersburg area. A plus, they speak English and Spanish equally fluently.
