SmartStyle Hair Salon (18904)

The lady who cut my hair was older and she said she been there like 16 years. We walked in and I paid before my hair cut. She said I was with my boyfriend only for his money. I know hair drying is part of the wash and cut. She tried charging me $3 cash for that service. Seeing a bunch of ones in her drawer with her hair dryer, she is up charging people a service that is already included. Once I told her I didn't have my card cuz I gave my wallet to my boyfriend, she just played it off like it wasn't important all of a sudden. She was very unprofessional and said some upsetting things. There was a wait time of 40 mins. I left my number and email for her to contact me when time was up. She never did. I came in at 3 mins after she told me she would be ready and was just sitting in a chair reading a magazine and looked visually upset I interrupted her "break". Service: Hairstyling

Store was one of the cleanest I have been in. Service was fast, very friendly staff, and food was real good. Will go to that store again.

I was hesitant to get a haircut at a salon in Walmart but I'm so glad I went ahead and did it. Diamone was wonderful! My hair is very thick and can be difficult to cut but she gave me the best haircut I've had in years. She was very gentle too. I highly recommend SmartStyle and Diamone to anyone! I won't be going anywhere else for a haircut as long as Diamone works here.
