The process was great; washing the hair, some scalp massage, blow dry, flat iron, and anti-frizz spray as a final touch. It was my first time here because my friend Yessica recommended it. I hadn't straightened my hair in a long time, so I didn't how long it usually takes, but the process took approximately 30-35min., which I found quick, and my hair was silky straight. She asked me before starting if I wanted to do the flat iron, and I said yes, in addition to the blow dry because I needed my hair to last all day for a concert I was attending, especially in the humid warm climate of Miami. It lasted.????????I would visit again if and when I need to professionally straighten my hair. Thank you, Evelyn!

Love every single experience i have had here. I need to know the name of the hydrating butter product that was used on me, i have my hair like super barbie blonde and it really helped hydrate my hair and keep it smooth, but i forgot to ask for the name. or does the store sell the product?
