I was always pay $55 to do my hair. I went there lady over charge me for my hair she waited until I was in the chair to start making up her own price when one price was given before doing my hair. Anyways I still pay. She charged me for treatment which she did not do this woman washed and condition my hair and charged a arms and legs. They must be hitting a hard time to be taking advantage of people who come to do their hair. Service: Hairstyling

Between the 1hour 30minute wait time and the terrible hair cut I received, I will never be recommending this salon to anyone. I speak fluent Spanish and English. I communicated with all of the ladies there that I specifically only wanted a very light trim to even out the ends of my hair a little. A young light complexion lady who’s name is on one of the certificates on the wall comes in after the long wait , after I explained to her what I wanted and to expressed repeatedly to please not cut it short , the lady chops away and leaves me with shorter hair than asked for , and extremely uneven at that. I left in a rush to my other facial appointment thinking the certified hair dresser did fine, but when I get home after a long day I see the careless job she performed. I felt so strongly devastated and frustrated. After crying about my loss of hair I had to fix it as even as possible on my own. Below is a picture of what the lady did Service: Haircut

The lady who washed my hair (Anita I think) scratched my head SO HARD my head still hurts a week later and she RIPPED HALF MY HAIR OFF COMING IT THE WRONG WAY! The ONLY ONE GOOD THING that gleamed of it is when iris blow dried my hair and pressed it. BUT SHE CUT MY HAIR SHORT AFTER TELLING HER I WANTED A TRIM! NOT A HAIRCUT
