Ive been going to this salon for a couple of years now and seeing Brittany Roley for even longer. I paid for hair extensions 8 days ago. I was told by Brittany that the hair takes 2 days to come in. My appointment to put the extensions in was today at 1 pm. This was all in preparation for my wedding on Saturday that Brittany knew about. She messaged me today around 10am (day of my appointment) saying the shipment was delayed and offered to come in Saturday in case they made it in. It’s my wedding is on Saturday. I have every minute booked. And who knows if the extensions will even be in by then? I asked for a refund because there is no way I could come in between now and then. She immediately fired me as a client because I asked for a refund for a product she was responsible for ordering and providing that did not come in on time. **side note, I was not told once that hair extensions were non refundable nor was I provided with a receipt of any kind stating that.
