1st experience here through Groupon and also 1st time I've been asked by stylist if I want to use color or bleach to achieve highlights. My hair is brown, so the obvious choice would have been bleach. But, my mistake, I chose color to lift my hair. Well, it didn't turn out that blonde and the lowlights I paid extra for just blend with my natural color. I wanted a nice contrast of blonde and brown but didn't get it at all. When I asked Emily if she could redo it, her reply was that I would have to pay her more to redo it. What?! Are you serious?! I've only had 1 other occasion when my highlights didn't turn out and the stylist redid them (no charge). I even showed her a pic of what I wanted. I was really wanting her to be my next stylist, but I guess I will have to find someone else.
It was my second time going to Mickeys Beauty Villa and Emily did great with my hair! I recommend 10/10 i love her i can’t wait to go back and get my hair touched up hehe
Love, love, love this hair studio!!!! Not only is Emily amazing!!!!!! The entire place is amazing!!! Great atmosphere, great service, would definitely recommend
