Krissy did my hair and it was fantastic. She worked with me to find the best way to incorporate the colors I wanted with the level of maintenance I could handle. Nice atmosphere and friendly staff.

I went in with a picture of myself with the color and application I wanted. Wrong color. Color not applied until about an inch from the root. Stylist asked me to come back the next day for correction. Correction is an uneven, color bled mess. It is fried, too. I now have an appointment somewhere else to fix this.
