Today was my first time ever coming here and I can tell you now I will be back. All the staff were super friendly and absolutely amazing and professional. I had the pleasure of having my hair done by Berkeley, she was absolutely the sweetest. I have never had my hair done so well in all my years of having my hair dyed. It feels so healthy and looks SO GOOD the best it ever has. I will definitely be booking further appointments! Service: Hair highlighting

Today I had a shampoo and blow dry and to be my first visit I am disappointed with the lady that did my hair. Through the process I was indicating I was not too happy with the results of trying to work my own curls..... I thought she was going to blow dry my hair and make some curls at the end but nothing I felt I wasted my time and pay for nothing. Till the end she asked if I like it... She could see my face and I told her I expected a blow dry with curls at the end and if she really have had the intention to help me she would really show a better customer service but not I felt I left worse than when I actually entered... This is sad coming from a new mom trying to do her hair after a long time.

If you want a great stylist go see Holly at Belk. She is amazing!! My hair has never looked or felt so good. She listened to what I wanted and helped me decide what would be best for me. Holly explained the hair products she was using on my hair as she was doing my hair. I love my new cut, color and highlights. I can’t wait to go back for my next appointment.
