I just started working here and it’s a great place to be! All of the stylists are so welcoming to not just the guests but the new members of the crew! We do weekly education, have fluid communication from stylists to management & everyone helps with small tasks like sweeping all the way to formulating colors. Andrew at Dillards Aveeda Salon is amazing. He’s truly an artist. I have short hair and he always does a great job. Not everybody can cut short hair. He’s personable, efficient, gifted, and he listens. I also use Aveeda products. They don’t make my hair heavy or greasy. The products are pricey, but definitely worth it. Thanks Andrew. ???? My son got married on a Sunday and this is the only salon that would do my hair on a Sunday. Then when my stylist quit a few days before my appointment, Shanda came to the rescue to do my hair. I have fine, blond hair and Shanda worked with it for almost 2 hours while her other appointment waited. (Thank you Karen!) She did a great job and I could not be more pleased. THANK YOU!!!!
