Overall this is a good salon but my only issue is the lack of English speaking. One time I called to make an appointment and specifically asked for a wash and condition with the Keratin products. Somehow it was confused with a Keratin treatment when I went to the washing area. The women around me didn't understand what I was trying to say until there was finally someone else to translate. I now go to Cristina and she is really good.
I just had a great experience here! Gladys took wonderful care of me, fantastic shampooing too! i will be coming back to New Trends, everyone was very welcoming. Multi languages spoke in shop. Service: Hairstyling
Love this place, very professional and kind. They're able to get my mixed 3A-4A curly hair bone straight. I've been going to this salon for eight years now. When I want to feel and look different but feel sexy, this is where I go.
