Adorable Nails & Spa

This was my first time to the salon. When I arrived, I was greeted immediately. Charlie gave me a fantastic pedicure. Hannah gave me a fill and we chatted all the way through. I will definitely return for my regular nail maintenance.

We’ve been here multiples times and today kinda put us over the “let’s give them one more try”. I called earlier to ask what time they closed and was told 7 and that we would receive a gift for Christmas. We arrived at 6 and headed back. Then things went south. The man doing my nails was so rough, just trimming my nails was painful. It was also so rushed that it wasn’t the slightest bit relaxing. We could tell everyone there was annoyed that we came in that close to closing but that was why I had called ahead of time. The water he had filled the tub with was scalding, I like hot water but this was dangerous. Then towards the end he emptied the tub beneath me and starting cleaning it. He moved my feet to the side, sprayed scrubbing bubbles and washed down the tub while I was “relaxing”. The grossest thing that put me over the top was when he took the drain out and put it next to my feet. Lastly while we were drying I saw the woman ahead of us receive her lotion Christmas gift. Had a great experience my first time there, everyone was very friendly. The shop was clean and tidy with newer cabinetry and more colors than I have ever seen. Lee did my nails and toes and was very gentle, professional and attentive to every detail. Fun visit.
