When I walked into the salon I had the impression that the stylists here were all high end - hence the high end prices. Though the price quoted to me on the phone was more than what I normally pay for a shampoo and set, I was willing to take a chance and see what Nancy would do for me. What a DISAPPOINTMENT!! First of all, all she did was put rollers in my hair but did no styling whatsoever. I asked her to do something, anything - nothing. Then, she sprayed my hair so that when I left the salon, I walked out with loose, greasy curls. Her job looked very amateurish and she did it with no caring. I would NEVER go back and certainly would NOT recommend them to anyone. Furthermore, she charged me MORE than what was quoted to me on the phone. I had to consider this experience as a charity donation because it was so not worth the money I spent. Service: Hairstyling
