HALO NAILS SPA (Next To Stage Kitchen & Bar and Twisted Trunk Brewing)

I have come to this salon two times now. I am confused as to why they have you switch nail techs throughout your service- it makes tipping difficult since multiple people work on your nails. Unfortunately, both times I have come here I have walked out with open skin around my finger from over-filing. I am also disappointed that there was no cuticle care being done during the manicure. The salon has great potential, just needs to work on efficiency and touch up on basic skills.

This place has gone down hill. Went for a mani/pedi in a peachy color, getting ready for a wedding. I wanted the same color for my toes and nails which they said they could do. Pedi was fine. For the nails, the old woman with the no part bob and glasses started to paint my nails in a bright red sparkly color. I said I needed my toes and nails to match as much as possible. She gets all huffy saying they don't have the color (but it's a basic color). She gets up yelling, tossing bottles around until she finds an acceptable color. The whole time she's doing my nails, she loudly talking in her native language being very rude. My daughter and I won't be going back. Had a mani/pedi just further down on PGA and they did an excellent job. I wanted toes and nails to match and they brought out both colors before hand. Each time she first applied the color to my hands and toes, she asked if the color was acceptable. That's good customer service! Services: Pedicure, Manicure

Yuen is the best manicurist I’ve ever had HANDS DOWN! Meticulous and thorough and I’ve been too many salons. She’s amazing!
