I called to ask what time they close and was told 4pm. So, I got off work early to go and get my hair done for my birthday. When I arrived I was told that they wouldn't be taking any more customers for the day because they were too busy. When I told them this information should've been told to me when I called they reminded me that I didn't ask if they were busy when I called. I didn't forget, I just never heard of a business not accepting more customers when they still had hours before they actually closed. I even asked my sister who frequents salons often, she too never heard of anything like this and nor am I psychic to know this. If a business is not taking anymore clients then you are technically closed for the day and this should've been shared with me before I took the Lyft to go there. If I'm calling to know the closing time I'm most likely planning on coming the same day so what should've been said was, " We usually close at 4 but today we're not taking anymore customers becau
