EDIT: after my negative review the owner contacted me and offered to redo my service or issue a refund. I chose the refund. I do appreciate the refund, but was pushed to edit or remove my review in exchange. It seems this is their business model, provide subpar service and then offer a refund in exchange for a better review. Just provide a better service to begin with. I got a pedicure here last Friday 7/28/23 and it was honestly a pretty bad experience. The pedicure was rushed (only took 20 mins even though the allotted time for my service was 30) and very sloppy (polish on my cuticles, uneven nails, did not use a file to remove any rough skin, sloppy job trimming the cuticles, no massage even though it was listed as part of the service I chose). The tech also burned me several times with hot water. Additionally she cut my nails far shorter than I asked for. Also the tech pointed out a few scars on my legs which made me feel uncomfortable and self conscious. To top it off, the nail te

I absolutely love this nail bar. Charlie does an amazing job on my nails and when I’m not sure what I want he always finds the perfect color or design for me. He is awesome. The place is clean, classy, and friendly. And they alway offer me a drink either wine, mimosa or a vodka. Complementary

Jenny is AMAZING! Moving from mass to Florida, and after a year of finding a nail salon I really like, Velvet Nail Bar is it. Jenny does my mani and pedi, and she’s the sweetest!
