Absolutely the Worse Outcome I came a month ago for a simple haircut & highlights. Fast forward - I have tried everything to revert the damage done to my hair and resulted in having to cut it all off. I was put under a rotating heater with the highlights and left there. I kept saying this seems long and the Assistsnt had the colorist come over who then instructed to leave it even longer another 10 minutes when I had been there for 45 minutes. My hair should only take 15 min max for highlights nothing longer if your checking it, but they are “experts” Then the” Level 3 Stylist “ I was booked with didn’t listen when I was very clear DO NOT texturize my hair and DO NOT chop it up or point cut it. I just want my ends cut straight and clean my layer. She said “let me take a look”. Then just texturized and thinned out my hair saying this is going to make my hair look less volume since she felt I have a lot of hair, when I said DON’T! Who told her that was an issue in the first place. The

I have been coming to this salon for about the last 3 years, and their service and the skills of the staff is always the best I have ever encountered. I have thick, curly and wavy hair, but Raul and Joanie have definitely made my hair come to life every time they cut and color my hair. I also love the atmosphere there, I truly feel like I’m getting a day to pamper myself. Thank You all for always working so hard. There are MANY skilled people at this salon, you won’t be sorry. I legit have never liked to sit in a chair for more than an hour at a time. Hair, makeup, anything… until yesterday. I LOVE MY HAIR and don’t care how long it took!! Queidi was honest regarding my expectations and truly listened to me while adding great advice/feedback. The team there is incredible and attentive. Que!! You’re my go to hair gal now! Ps.
