Mosaic Hair Studio & Blowout Bar Milk District

I had my appointment with Ingrid Heffernan for my blonde highlights and also got a haircut a few weeks back and I am absolutely in love with my hair and Ingrid is always such a pleasure. Ingrid is so gentle and thorough with her work, I feel so relaxed during my appointments. Mosaic has wonderfully reasonable prices and a very welcoming and comfortable studio. I will definitely be coming back to Mosaic and Ingrid as my regular salon/stylist. Services: Haircut, Hair highlighting, Hairstyling, Blowdry

Everyone at the salon is very nice but the both times I’ve been there (different stylists each time) I’ve left with an uneven and botched haircut. The second time was cut way too short, and so bad that I had to go to another salon to get it fixed the next day. Color experience was also a mess and the complete opposite of what I asked and also had to get it fixed by another stylist at another salon. Feel like I was not listened to and that I absolutely wasted my money.

From what I wanted in that pic to what I ended up having after three washes. I called and they said to send pics and one of the “master stylists” would fix it. As a single mom I only have such limited time and limited $$$ to be able to go out and do this. I spent over $300 plus tip. Now the usual stylist I go to is less $$, I get what I want PLUS healthy hair. I just couldn’t go to Mimi this time lol Personally I do not recommend this place, not only is it small filled with snobby people but they should really be more honest about being able to handle Latina hair which clearly they cannot. Stay safe out there (especially my latina babes)????‍♀️
