I was searching desperately to get my hair done for my graduation and every salon I called said no, they were booked. Jacob took time out of his schedule JUST FOR ME. He did not have to do that but he did, and THAT is great customer service. Not only did he totally save me, he did an incredible job! I was looking for highlights and they came out even more beautiful than I imagined. Other hair dressers told me I couldn’t have platinum highlights because my hair had a natural warm color to it, and Jacob just lifted it to such a light color in one treatment! I was blown away. I’ve never been so happy with my hair. Jacob is a very sociable person, so you won’t feel awkward or uncomfortable at any point, and he gets the job done.
