Kina is the only person I trust to cut my hair. I went through about 5 other barbers before I found her and it was by far the best decision I made for my hair. She is very kind and I always enjoy going to see her.

This place is always busy and they never have enough staff I needed to get my kids haircut so I called as soon as they opened and made an appointment. They asked me a time I told them they said okay. I showed up 10 minutes early 1 rolls around and The Stylist tells me it's going to be another 20 to 30 minutes before she's going to be able to get to me. I explained to her that I had made an appointment and she looked at me and said I understand but we've been busy. To me this kind of customer service is not acceptable if I make an appointment I expect to be seen at that appointment time a stylist should have had that time set aside walk-ins or not it's respect for the clientele when they call you and set up a specific time that you agree to I ended up walking away and I will not go back there again

I've been getting my haircut by Kina for over 8 years and there's no one else I'd let cut my hair. She really cares about her clientele and is very friendly. To me, she's the best.
