Jennifer is awful. Was going on a trip leaving out of Miami and supposed to get my hair done earlier but my stylist ghosted me. Started calling around asking who had any emergency availability. Owner gave me Jennifer’s number. Called her and she said send me pics of my hair and style I want for loc wash/retwist/simple style. Quoted me $125 and said I had to send a $50 deposit. Few mins later texted me she was going to cancel my appointment so I called and let her know I was just about to send the deposit and head over to the salon. This is when she told me I would have to actually send $150 in FULL for her to CONSIDER going to the salon and gave me a rant about how she doesn’t work Sundays and wasn’t even charging me an emergency fee and she had a headache. Why not just say no in the first place instead of wasting my time and then changing her mind to ask for a full deposit? Sounds like a scam.

ShaeNicole is very professional, great at what she do and she’s very nice. Her Salon is clean and she’s a people person. I would recommend anyone to go do their hair at her place.

Shae is very accommodating to her customers. She will try to assist you in any way to fit you in for an appointment. Truly a professional business woman.
